Phones that use nano-SIMs?
Is the iPhone 5 the only phone to use the nano-SIM so far?

Yes, so far it's the only one. AFAIK, the Nano-SIM is an Apple invention which will be licensed, free of charge, to other manufacturers.

See: Micro-sim. In a year the Lumia 1000, HTC One Z and others will use it. Meanwhile, Apple work on nano tubes that you apply in liquid form....
