What are the most popular phones in the UK?

What are the biggest selling, say, three phones in the UK? Would there be stats on this or would it be opinion?

Such lists do not really exist! People buy their phones from literally 100s of sources - networks' online stores, Amazon, the manufacturer etc etc... hard to collate something fragmented as that. And usually even the best attempts are for a few months back!
Some lists out there only bother with smartphones - no one cares about feature phones, eh?!

The top phone case manufacturer Krusell publishes its sales figures every month, and some site turn that list into a chart of best-selling phones. That is of course utter nonsens!
A lot of folks don't buy cases and if they do, they buy some chinese cheappy in the network shop. A lot of folks with really cheap phones won't spend £20+ for a Krusell case. Etc Etc...
Nevertheless, to give you a taste, here's a list of Krusell's bestsellers for February 2011 (in brackets are the December ranks):

(1) Apple iPhone 4
2. (8) Samsung Galaxy Tab
3. (2) HTC HD Desire
4. (3) Nokia 3720 Classic
5. (5) Nokia C5
6. (10) Nokia E52
7. (7) Samsung GT-B2710 / Xcover 271
8. (-) HTC Wildfire
9. (-) Samsung B2700
10. (6) Samsung i9000 Galaxy S

You can see the odd appearances such as the old Nokia E52, or the Galaxy Tab, which obviously did not sell as well as the most popular phones.
