Price and UK Release date?

Just wondering... .I have no idea why but I am desperate to grab this. I hate tablets, I especially hate a stylus....

Yet I am completely brought into this as replacing my many notepads I carry around

How does a 10in slab replace notepads you carry around?
I'd really try it first once it's out; as to when that is and how much it's gonna be - that's still in the stars afaik.

No price or release date have yet been announced, probably ~£500 and April/May kinda time, though.

... Apple permitting ;)

Apple never get anything banned in the UK, our patent system (kinda) works properly. Well, it's far better than the US and (no offence) German systems.

None taken ;)

I'm glad, I don't know why you would be offended, feel free to rip into Section 44 of the UK's Terrorism Act 2000....absolute joke.

@janst I carry many notepads each day, detailing meeting notes. I currently represent 7 companies so I have a notepad for each client. With this tab I might be able to take notes, store them in folders in Google docs, allow my PA access who will convert the handwritten scribble to meeting minutes and send them out before I have even got back to the office. I have been waiting for something like this for a long time... I hope my prayers have been answered :-)

@mat101101 thanks for confirming that we agree its somewhere around then and that much. I agree with you, they just seem a little slow on facts at Samsung lately :-(

On a side note, so pleased to see a forum that looks as nice as this, on a mobile too, more importantly it has an active intelligent userbase ;-)

Thanks

Actually, the Galaxy Not phone/tab might already serve your needs http://www.samsung.com/global/microsite/galaxynote/note/index.html?type=find

It saves you from having to carry a phone AND a tablet, has a pen etc etc...
