Do the prices on include tax?

I'm looking at the 16GB iPhone 5s for $649. That's roughly £390! Bargain :D

No, tax is dependent on shipping destination.

If you had it shipped to the UK then you'd end up having to pay import/customs duty and VAT on it so in the end probably not worth it.

£390 is £468 with 20% VAT, that's before you pay any other customs charges and shipping from the US (by the way, you pay VAT on the shipping cost too). Honestly, it's easier to just buy an iPhone in the UK. If that wasn't the case, don't you think more people would import them from the US?

Also, does the US Apple store ship internationally, or accept foreign (to them) credit/debit cards?

If you're in the US, by all means buy an iPhone for 390 quid, but I'm pretty sure you'll struggle to get one shipped from there to the UK for much (if any) less than the UK price.
