Just a quick heads-up to let you all know that, in light of the devastating earthquake that has struck the country, both the O2 Network and Skype have decided to drop all fees for calls in and out of Nepal. The move has been done to help provide extra lines of communication between friends and family who are currently in region. O2 customers will not be charged until Tuesday May 5th, and any calls made since Saturday 25th April will have their charges refunded. At this time there is no word on when Skype will discontinue the initiative. For more information you can visit the O2 website and the Skype Blog. Many thanks to taurus_the_bull on HUKD for the heads-up.
