Quake disruption level to Japanese chip makers sitting at 25%

Following up on the story we wrote on how electronics components suppliers having been affected by the earthquake and tsunami in Japan, DigiTimes reports that iSuppli now says production of one quarter of global production of the silicon wafers used to make semiconductors has been suspended.
