Best QWERTY smartphone?

What's the best (current) QWERTY smartphone? BlackBerry Bold Touch?

Probably, it's a long way from being the best smartphone, though.

Depends on your needs, though. And yes, it definitely has the best keypad. Ever. On any device.
Camera is very sucky, though - considering what you can buy for the price of a sim-free Bold 9900. Next in line is the Nokia E6 and, still, the E71. The E71 is seriously slow though if you have used any smartphone after 2008.
Difficult to decide between E6 and the Bold 9900. There are better 3rd party apps for the Nokia; plus Nokia's maps, a slightly better camera....
But the screen size is a bit pitiful - although it IS gorgeous.
I used both, and I would probably side with the Bold 9900 this time around.

The Bold 9900 is one of the nicest feeling devices I've ever held...then I turned it on and remembered I can't stand BB OS.

Hahaha
Yes, it looks and feels like absolute CLASS! And I can vouch for this: it takes a LOT of abuse, and will look just as classy afterwards.
Blackberry OS? There ARE things I really like - the endlessly modifiable Menu that is ALWAY, in every app available. Universal search - or whatever they call it now - is excellent, also. And goes deeper than in Android or iOS. But yes, there are annoyances, and some things are just plain confusing. Without Universal Search (AND knowing WHAT term to search for) some settings, e.g., are IMPOSSIBLE to find.
But, having said that, I found on the Bold 9900 the combination of touch and qwerty made for a very clever, useful experience - once you give it a week or two... It lack intuitiveness. I grant you that. And certain apps are just pure rubbish. There is no GOOD BB photoeditor I'm aware off. PDF? Cr*p. Skype? Grrrrrrrrrr.... On the other hand: it does a lot out of the box. Email is okay; services on slow connections are good; battery life is good; Twitter apps are very good and very very fast....
