Bit late now, but just wondering... can you recall a text message the way you can with email?

Don't think it's possible.
You cannot recall email either - it does not work. Only email admin on receiving end can delete it.

No, you cannot undo sms-damage. And, ahem... who lets you 'unsend' email?

Jan, Outlook & Exchange server let you recall emails sent in error. provided that the receipient hasn't actually opened it of course

Same MS Exchange server will let you recall email, if client does not have local cache turned on. You get a notification that message is to be recalled, but you can still view it if it's cached locally. Does not work between different exchange servers either.
