First thing first, get a wired headset or Bluetooth one in the meantime.
Have to look up how to replace it.
Take a look @ this:

You might be better of doing replacement yourself. YouTube has videos on how to do it and eBay page has a guide also.
Let us know, if you get stuck.

As said your best bet might be to do it yourself, or perhaps you could get a more able friend to do it for you?
If not, its £39.99 from here http://www.iphonerepairsltd.co.uk/iphone-4-repair/ , more than the other you posted but more reviews and seems a safer option if that's how you want to do it.
Have you tried calling in to a mobile repair shop? Plenty near me and I'm not sure if they'd do it or not but it seems worth a try.

It's possibly not faulty, what happens when you activate voice commands? (Hold home button down) AFAIK there's only one microphone in the iPhone so why would you need it replacing if the speakerphone option makes it work?
I had this issue and it was a software glitch caused after playing a game. Triggering Voice Command kicked it back into life.

A friend of mine used www.fonerepublic.com for a replacement screen. He was only charged £20 + Parts and got it sent back next day by Special Delivery.
