Do you know how to recover deleted data from iPad?

You cannot recover deleted files from an iPad or iPhone or any other device with complete certainty.
There are file recovery apps - so-called 'undeleters' etc.
With those programs you may be able to recover a few bits of data, but do not rely on them.
Instead: use your device caredully, and DO back up regularly.
Whenever you delete a file, there's a high probability that that freed up space will be used by something else. Therefore: you would need to stop using the device immediately.
Added to that little problem: encryption.
But yes, if you're desperate, try a 'file recovery' program that you run on your Windows or Mac Computer. You could be lucky.
Note: most 'free' undeleters are actually not free.
They usually make you pay after they find your files but before they are recovered.
Also when you search for a suitable program, add "ipad" or "iphone" to your Google search string.
Some undeleters are good and free for, say, bog-standard USB drives. An iDevice is a bit tougher.

AND AGAIN: the moment you realise "damn, shouldn't have deleted that" YOU MUST stop using the device. COMPLETELY. DO nothing until it's scanned for the deleted file.
