Does anyone have a rough idea how much it'd cost to have a broken iPhone home button repaired?

Firstly seems like often it's not hardware issue but software so depending on how it's broken you could try searching for "iphone home button repair" on google came up with several ideas. iphonestuff4u link seems good starting point.
In warranty? Might find Apple will replace it supposed to be good with this kind of thing. If not
If you own an iPhone that is ineligible for warranty service but is eligible for Out-of-Warranty (OOW) Service, Apple will service your iPhone for the Out-of-Warranty Service Fee listed below.
Please note Out-of-Warranty Repair Service fees from your carrier may be different than those listed below.
iPhone Model Out-of-Warranty Service
iPhone 4S £ 146.44
iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G, Original iPhone £ 126.44
The Out-of-Warranty Service Fee includes a £ 7.44 shipping fee.
So rather expensive, was company came up in that google search that quote £29.99 which seems rather better.

about £1.15 if you have a basic knowledge of tech disassembly - eBay is your friend . I fixed mine with no working knowledge of iPhones - there's a good few tuts out there too to show you what to do Your text here
