how can i get rid of my blackberry messenger?

i recently got a new phone and i have switched my sim cards over. i got bbm for free on my new phone, everything was good until i got a text from O2 saying they were going to take £5 off my balance for my bbm and all that... im not sure what to do because i dont need to pay because i no longer use my

You are saying you no longer use a Blackberry, right? You need to ring O2 customer care and tell them. That's how it is here in Ireland, at least.
