Is there a safe place to buy a Motorola Dext unlock code online?

Yes, but I'm being cheeky: if at all possible, I would take it to a proper shop that unlocks phones if I were you. I can't say how many times I threw good money after bad unlocking codes... A real repair shop won't charge you if they fail.
That's my opinion. Google will tell you differently check it out

You could have a look on eBay for Motorola Dext unlock codes. You can expect to pay around £10-15. It usually takes 2-3 days to receive the unlock code for your Motorola Dext. As with all items on eBay, only use sellers with good feedback and make sure to read their full terms and conditions.

Thanks for the advice. I'll compare costs between shops and ebay then.
