My Samsung Galaxy Ace will NOT turn on no matter what i try.

My battery was nearly empty, or about empty when i was using it, then it turned off, flashed a couple of times, then wouldn't turn on after that. My phone is quite dodgy, and similar issues have happened before, and i have fixed them. But now, i cant get it to turn on. I have tried putting it into recovery with VOL UP+POWER KEY+HOME, but it came up with a strange black screen with some RAM thing in the corner. I put it in download mode with VOL DOWN+HOME+POWER KEY, but it kept on still switching off. Now, even after trying to put it on download mode or recovery, the screen only flashes. I have a lot of important stuff on my phone, and i am in desperate need of it as tomorrow is an important day, help please?

AS you may know, the Galaxy Ace is one of the dodgiest devices ever sold.

It seems you know kind of what to do, so I won't link to any of the 1,000 or so posts related to your issue....

I wonder if your battery is dead or dying?
It's a relatively old model, and you do not mention if you tried a new battery?
If it's old and depleted or faulty it may not communicate properly with your Ace's software.
Phone thinks there is no battery or one that is about to die.

You could try hooking it up to your PC and flash a firmware with Odin?!
