Four new Samsung Galaxy S III colours: black, red, grey and brown

We've been expecting some new shades of Samsung Galaxy S III goodness to surface for a while now, but Samsung has gone above and beyond the call of duty by dishing up new fewer than four new shades to choose from.

Admittedly, the garnet red version isn't entirely new – not in the US, anyway – but the other three hues – black, grey and brown – are showing their face for the first time.

One of the few issues we have with the Galaxy S III as it stands now is that the two colour options available now – white and pebble blue – aren't all that different.

Brown, on the other hand – or should we say “amber brown”, certainly is. We're not sure that's a good thing, but then again if it worked for the Microsoft Zune... oh, wait.

That aside, the “sapphire black” version is no surprise after it leaked a couple of weeks ago, while “titanium grey” is fairly predictable too and the “garnet red” option has been an AT&T exclusive over in the States for a while now.

No news yet on when you'll be able to get your hands on this new quartet of Samsung Galaxy S III options, but it's good to see a wider range of choices coming.

The grey one looks lovely, I'd like to see the Note 2 in a similar colour.

Brown one looks almost bronze which is quite nice, the red is the pick of the new ones but still prefer the blue one tbh
