As I was saying yesterday in our Samsung Galaxy S IV launch preview, we already have a fairly vivid picture of what Sammo’s latest flagship will be like, with each and every potentially-surprise feature systematically ruined in a series of leaks.
Samsung still hasn’t given anything away officially, but the Orange and T-Mobile conglomerate has confirmed that the Galaxy S IV will support EE-flavoured 4G.
That’s the word straight from Everything Everywhere (as they used to be called), via the great medium of twitter.
A tweet from EE’s virtual mouth yells: “Ready for #TheNextGalaxy? http://ee.co.uk/galaxy It's coming to superfast 4GEE.”
The EE site appears to be melting at the time of writing, so I’m not sure what the placeholder page has at the moment, but needless to say EE isn’t in a position to reveal the Samsung Galaxy S IV price or release date just yet.
EDIT: yep, it’s back up. All you can do is register for updates for now. No surprises there.
The Samsung Galaxy S IV launch appears to be going down at 7pm EST, which is – unless I’m mistaken – 11pm UK time. Cheers, Samsung. Looks like it’ll be a late one for us.
