Samsung Galaxy Nexus to come in 32GB and white versions

Samsung Galaxy Nexus to come in 32GB and white versionsThe Samsung Galaxy Nexus has been out at least six weeks now. And you know what's coming next: Yup. A white version. Predictable, eh?

According to both Expansys and Handtec - two of the big SIM-free providers - the clinical-hue model will be expected in Blighty very soon.

Expansys has it down within "the next two weeks" whilst the latter cites February 6th. And if a change of colour doesn't float your boat, perhaps an alteration to the woeful lack of memory in the original 16GB variant will - because a 32GB style is also headed this way (though this will be grey, rather than white and set you back around £100 extra.)

Lucky old Americans have been able to buy the 32GB for a while now but here in the UK, the 16GB version (with NO expandable memory!) was all you could get your mitts on.

Other than these obvious alterations, the rest of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus remains unchanged... HSPA+, 4.56-inch 720 Super AMOLED screen, curved glass design, 5MP camera and Android Ice Cream Sandwich.

If you're considering getting a Galaxy Nexus, you may want to check our our review first. You'll find that behind the bells and whistles, there are still some aspects that make this handset less desirable than the likes of Samsung's way older Galaxy S2.

Let us know if you'll be getting one yourself. Or if not, why not!

Not if: screen resolution, screen size, PPI, Android version and a pure Google experience are your definition of "better". Though in reality I do agree with you, the S2 can't be called downright better as it just depends what matters to you personally on a phone.

I have a 32gb LTE Galaxy Nexus. I couldn't even get a 16gb version. What are you talking about, 32gb version coming?

Jacob, here in the UK, we may have got the phone first but we're still stuck with only the 16gb model.
