Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Premium: metal case, flexible display, OIS?

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Premium: metal case, flexible display, OIS?With the ongoing farce surrounding the Samsung Galaxy S5 Premium… no, wait; the Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime… no, wait; the Samsung Galaxy F, you’ll forgive us for taking this story with a bucket of salt.

Word from out east suggests the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will be accompanied by a Premium variant. Oh for fff…

That’s the story over on Korean-language ET News, with a presumably accurate translation by G 4 Games.

Supposedly, a Premium version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will launch with a selection of – as the name suggests – premium technologies.

One of those is a stainless steel, aluminium or magnesium case, which presumably means the bog standard Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will be plastic.

We’re also told to expect a 16MP rear camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), and a flexible display – which almost certainly refers to durability rather than being balls-out bendy.

Samsung has reportedly upped its flexible display capacity by 50% in preparation, which presumably means it’ll churn out 15 Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Premiums compared to 10 Galaxy Rounds. BURN.

Sound good? Well, seemingly the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Premium will be a South Korean exclusive, which is fast becoming a trend – and one we’re not overly fond of. Bah.

ah, yes... those promised premium devices.... like all those 64GB variants that are promised at launch events to show how much Apple suck with their 64GB devices without SD. Only those variants never materialise.

Still.... um... I forgot. Carry on.
