The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 was the first device to break cover at this year’s Mobile World Congress, and it has finally hit shelves in the UK. Or, uhm, shelf, to be more accurate.
See, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is exclusively available from the Samsung Experience Store at Westfield Stratford City.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 price weighs in at £339 for the 16GB Wi-Fi only model, and – in a neat twist – it comes with £60 of extras.
Included in the extras are a £20 voucher for the Samsung Learning Hub, a two-month free trial for The Times, AVG Anti-Virus Pro, free access to the Samsung Music Hub for one month, a couple of games, and 50GB Dropbox for two years.
As for Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 specs, they include a 1,280 x 800 resolution, 1.6GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, S Pen stylus compatibility, a 4,600mAh battery, and Jelly Bean (Android 4.1.2).
Samsung promises “other channels to follow”, though it’s not clear how long the Galaxy Note 8.0 will remain exclusive to the Westfield Stratford City Samsung Experience Store.
