When is the Samsung Galaxy S2 getting Ice Cream Sandwich?

The vague 'date' is Q1 2012. Could be tomorrow, could be 31/03/2012 or later... Then there is the issue of branded devices (is your SGS2 network locked/branded?) - which usually get updates later to never...
