Is the Samsung Galaxy S2 too old to consider now do you think?

I like the Samsung Galaxy S2, but very aware that it's two years old.

It's still a very relevant midrange device, IMO. It really depends what you want your phone to do, how much you can get an S2 for and how long you intend to keep it for. More information is needed before I can give you a proper answer.

As matt said.
Hey, I have an old HTC HD2... if it had a slightly better camera I might possibly stop looking for a replacement for my Nokia N9. It does pretty much all I need.
