Samsung Galaxy S4 processor in the UK?

Will the UK Samsung Galaxy S4 processor definitely be the Exynos 5 Octa? Don't think they mentioned that last night, did they?

tbh i'm a bit confused as to why there are 2 versions. I know with the S3 there were two versions because the Dual Core was LTE and Quad core was just 3G (With a 4G varient out later).

Is it the same this time where the quad core is 4G and the Oct core is 3G? But then why is the UK getting the Oct core version when we have 4G? Or is it purely down to supply constraints on each processor?
