Samsung Galaxy S6 preloaded apps list revealed

Samsung Galaxy S6 preloaded apps list revealedOne of the aspects of the Samsung Galaxy S6 we’re most looking forward to is the notion of Nexus 6-level stockness, with many apps being downloadable rather than preloaded, and TouchWiz resultantly being “amazingly fast”.

On that note, we now have a full list of the apps that’ll be preloaded on the Samsung Galaxy S6, and it doesn’t look too bad at all.

Credit goes to SamMobile, which simply says it’s been able to “source the list”, presumably by donning stealth gear and breaking into Samsung HQ.

In any case, the Samsung Galaxy S6 app list looks a little something like this:

  1. S Voice
  2. S Health
  3. Facebook
  4. WhatsApp (download link)
  5. Microsoft One Drive
  6. Microsoft One Note
  7. Skype
  8. All Google apps

It’s interesting that there are only two Samsung apps preloaded on the Samsung Galaxy S6, namely S Voice and S Health. GALAXY APPS, meanwhile, serves as a portal to further Samsung app tomfoolery - but at your own discretion.

Indeed, with One Drive, One Note and Skype, there are actually more Microsoft apps preloaded on the Galaxy S6 than Samsung apps.

We can’t imagine too many people taking umbrage with that list, and we’ve heard before that the Samsung Galaxy S6 will come with a free Office 365 subscription for 12 months, too.

Other than minor concerns about the 2,600mAh battery, the S6 seems to be shaping up nicely. We’ll get the full story from the Samsung Galaxy S6 launch on Sunday – just two days from now!
