You’d be forgiven for getting a tad confused with Samsung’s many, many Galaxy Tab devices. Just a few weeks ago, the South Koreans made the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 official.
Now we’re seeing a purported spec sheet for the tablet’s slightly larger brother, namely the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0.
No prizes for guessing who’s sharing the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 specs. That’s right, it’s good old SamMobile.
Proposed Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 specs include – as the name suggests – an 8in display (1280 x 800), 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage (with microSD compatibility), a 5MP/1.3MP camera combo, and Jelly Bean (Android 4.2.2).
As for connectivity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 offers – as you’d expect – Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and there’s a 3G version too. The whole thing is powered by a 4,450mAh battery.
And that’s the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0. If you’re anything like us, you’ll be thoroughly unmoved, but someone must be buying these things.
Personally, we’re far more interested in the talk of this Samsung-built Google Nexus 11 with an 11in display.
