Samsung Galaxy Tab3 Lite gets official

Samsung Galaxy Tab3 Lite gets officialThe Samsung Galaxy Tab3 Lite name has been thrown around so much of late, that you’d be forgiven for thinking that the entry-level tablet was already a real thing.

But nope, only today has the Samsung Galaxy Tab3 Lite been confirmed, and as you might’ve noticed, we’re banishing that space between “Tab” and “3”. Spaces; who needs them?

The Samsung Galaxy Tab3 Lite is detailed over on Samsung Tomorrow: Samsung Electronics Official Global Blog.

Headline Samsung Galaxy Tab3 Lite features include the 3,600mAh battery, offering eight hours of video playback, and the, er, 1.2GHz dual-core processor.

Other Samsung Galaxy Tab3 Lite specs include a 7in display (1024 x 600), 1GB of RAM, a 2MP rear camera, 8GB internal storage (with microSD), and Jelly Bean Android 4.2.

As for Samsung Galaxy Tab3 Lite software features, you can look forward to Smile Shot, which automatically takes a picture when a smile is detected, and Panorama Shot, which pretty much does what it says on the tin.

The tablet will be available in black and white, but there’s still no word on Samsung Galaxy Tab3 Lite price. Various rumours have suggested it’ll cost less than £100.
