Samsung Project J: three new Android devices?

Samsung Project J: three new Android devices?Over the past few months, Project J has been touted as the codename for the inevitable Samsung Galaxy S IV, but more recently the imminent flagship has been referred to as Altius, or the GT-I9500.

Turns out the Project J moniker might still have some relevance, however, with the latest suggestion being that it encompasses a trio of new Samsung Galaxy devices.

That’s the story according to the gentlemen at Sammobile, who’ve acquired a list of accessories for all three.

First up, we have the Project J Altius, or Samsung Galaxy S IV, with accessories including a Clear Cover, Flip Cover, Pouch, 2,600mAh battery and HDTV Adapter.

Next, there’s the Project J Mini Serrano, which will likely materialise as the Samsung Galaxy S IV mini. It’s compatible with a Clear Cover, Flip Cover and Protective cover.

Finally, there’s the Project J Active Fortius. The jury’s still out on this one, as Samsung has previously used the Xcover moniker for its rugged devices. Also, with accessories including an Arm Band, Bike Mount and Pouch, we might very well be looking at an Apple iWatch-style device.

According to the sources, the first two are confirmed, while the third is still up in the air. As such, we won’t get our hopes up for a simultaneous launch. Expect the Samsung Galaxy S IV to drop first.

I was afraid the Galaxy brand had been discontinued.
Good news.

NO NO NO! The iWatch isn't real! it cannot be compared to something that isn't real. There are plenty of other devices like the Sony watch or Motorola one to compare it to. Just because apple might make one doesn't mean everything has to be compared to theirs or that theirs is the first on the market!

urghh, apple!

sorry!

Had to read this a few times, but now I get it. You're right, Lewis is wrong.
Victory for common sense.

You're right, Lewis is wrong.

Say WHAT?! :p

I take AhmadCentral's point, but, to be fair, the Apple iWatch, non-existent though it may be, has probably accounted for more hits/traffic/articles/discussion across the global cyberwebs than all other smartphone watches combined.

I'm not sure what my point is, but it's a point nonetheless ;)

I had to read that a few times... Lewis is right, Ahmad fails... :p

Thats like me writing an aeroplane article and saying that Airbus might be launching a new smaller plane thats similar to a Tesco style concept plane....

Just doesn't make sense. It'd be better to compare it to a company like Boeing who already make that product rather than tesco who don't even make aeroplanes but might some day...

But whatever :P

You're right, too. I'm barred
