How do I save a video from a Photo Stream to my iPhone

OK bear with me ;)

Someone posted a video in a Shared Photo Stream.
I want to share that video with others, through Dropbox or Facebook, but for either of those, the video has to be on my phone.
So how do I save the video from the Shared Photo Stream onto my actual iPhone? Is that possible?

To save a photo or video from a shared Photostream album to your iPhone or iPad, go to that
video, hit the 'Share' button. And then, from the share options choose 'save to camera roll'...

A tip: if you want to share and keep stuff, ditch Photostream or iCloud, and instead share a Flickr account. Flickr gives you 1 TB storage. Nothing gets deleted after 30 days. And you're not shackled to iOS devices. Photos and videos are deleted in original resolution/quality.
You can make albums public or shared with a limited number of people - i.e. your friends.

You never know what Apple does next.
