Is there an app that let's you save Youtube videos on your iphone that you can watch again and again without using more data?

Ever so often one pops up, and is then either withdrawn or updated to get rid of that feature.
Google doesn't want you to save videos. It's the same with browser add-ons for Firefox that allow you to download videos. Google are constantly inventing new cookies and such to make those add-ons defunct. Partly it's because Google want you to visit Youtube as often as possible. Partly it is because some copyright owners allow their stuff on Youtube, but they don't want people to be able to save it.

PS: If you jailbreak your iPhone a number of youtube apps let you save videos.
Also: in the official Appstore there is a number of "Downloader" apps that can save some Youtube clips and clips from other video sites, also. Just search "video downloader".
But repeat: the apps may work for a day or ten, and then Google finds a way to break them.
