Insurance? It's that T-Mobile ZTE handset, right? No local phoneshop? Once they have the parts it shouldn't be too big a deal to fit a new screen. Does the phone work?

phone works perfect, no insurance. just needs to know if the screen can be replaced.

I think ZTE sold quite a few of those phones, so you'll find someone to fix it, I'm sure.
