Do any smartphones have more than 1GB of RAM?

Do any of these new quad-core smartphones have more than 1GB of RAM?

I don't think so

No mainstream ones do right now. The Galaxy S III might have more than 1 GB but that's likely to be a dual-core.

The Exynos 5250 isn't ready yet, why would the S3 use the 4212 not the 4412?

Surely it would be confusing for the public if their flagship phone went from quad-core back to dual-core? I'll admit I'm not too clued up on Samsung's portfolio right now (nor do I care) :p

I'm confused...why did you say the S3 is likely to be dual-core?
