What is the difference between this and the existing model?

This is a few months old, on the ball as usual, keep up the good work.

I was pretty sure that was the case as I couldn't see anything different about this new one. Clearly the authors need to stop using the word 'exclusive' for items that are most definitely not.

Never mind, it's not like LG were showing off TI's new OMAP 4 SoC with a dual channel memory controller (over the Tegra's single channel), a PowerVR SGX 540 on a phone with a 3D display and 3D cameras for stills and video...

Guys, it's an exclusive video to us, as we made it! I didn't say anything about it being an exclusive preview of a product.

Johnmcl7  Feb. 16, 2011 at 00:28

No, that's not what it means in this context:

13. Journalism . a piece of news, or the reporting of a piece of news, obtained by a newspaper or other news organization, along with the privilege of using it first.

i.e. not a video of a product which was launched some time ago and has been covered by numerous other companies and pretty much flopped in the consumer market

OK, so it's not exclusive news.

The question is, what is the point of this? What possible use could this have (other than making you look like an uber geek)?

It's creating a problem that doesn't exist. If you want to see updates from your phone, why would you look at your watch?

dcx_badass  Feb. 16, 2011 at 19:27

Ahahahahaha at the attempt to stretch the use of exclusive, it's an [relatively] old device covered hundreds of time, yawn.

Got one of these, it's beta hardware essentially. Drops connection too often.
