Sony Ericsson Nozomi “official” render leaks

Sony Ericsson Nozomi “official” render leaksSony Ericsson has released a fairly ridiculous number of Xperia devices this year, but one thing it has yet to unleash is a smartphone with a dual-core processor.

We’ve been hearing about the Sony Ericsson Nozomi – or is it the Xperia Arc HD? – for months, and now we’ve got a purportedly official render courtesy of some Chinese forum.

Legit or otherwise, the image certainly seems to tie in with what we’ve seen before. It also suggests we’ll see the Sony Ericsson Nozomi – or whatever-the-hell-it’s-called – in white.

The image is pretty small, and unfortunately the accompanying specs have been (mostly) chopped off. If you squint closely, however, you can juuuust make out the term “dual-co…” under “processor”.

The resolution is stated as 1920x1…, which ties in with the recent suggestion that the Sony Ericsson Nozomi would be able to capture video at 1080p.

Going back to the name, it looks like it’ll be an Xperia Something, but what that Something is remains entirely unclear. All we can garner from the leaked image is that it’s quite short.

Previous leaks have suggested a meaty 12MP camera, and presumably it'll ship with Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0), but will it be too little too late from Sony Ericsson? We’re hoping to meet this fella at Mobile World Congress in February.

That look pretty slick to say the least.

Lets hope if this comes out with a 12MP camera it's everything and more that the Satio should have been and more.
