The high-flying Sony Ericsson Xperia Play and Xperia Arc may have hogged the headlines at Mobile World Congress, but they weren't the only new SE handsets to break cover in Barcelona.
The Xperia Neo also made its entrance to the mobile arena, and almost out of nowhere we've now heard the Neo will be arriving in the UK in less than a fortnight, for a SIM-free price of £360.
According to Clove, the Xperia Neo will go on sale on April 19, and its SIM-free price undercuts rival Expansys' £430 pre-order price tag quite considerably. We're expecting the networks to reveal contract price plans anytime soon too.
Like its Xperia Play and Arc brethren, the Neo dips deeply into Sony's electronics bag of tricks, boasting the likes of an Exmor R CMOS camera sensor and Sony's Bravia video technology.
There's an HDMI port on board if you want a bigger screen size than the on-board 3.7in display, while on the inside a 1GHz Snapdragon processor keeps things ticking over nicely.
OS-wise you're looking at Android 2.3 Gingerbread, which has been wallpapered over by Sony Ericsson's own user interface.
