Yes you need to sign up to be a member with a proof ID and you can do that at reception in-store by filling in a form however you do need to show that your a trader more details here

Right so if you're not a member it'll cost you £20 plus £162 + petrol to drive to the nearest Costco store? That totals £182 + say £3-5 in petrol, so high 180's. You can get it from foniacs next week (10th), for £179.00, delivered. No membership, no petrol, no effort. #win
