The unveiling of the Sony Xperia Z2, or 'Sirius', is expected to be one of several major announcements on what's set to be a very busy day at Mobile World Congress on Monday, February 24.
And with the days left before MWC counting down rapidly, we've got new photo and video leaks to share with you, showcasing both the Sirius' looks and its abilities ahead of its big reveal.
First up is a 2 minute 22 second clip of some of the Xperia Z2's Sony-specific Android 4.4 KitKat software features in action.
Specifically, we get to see some of the themes (ho hum), the Walkman lock screen which lets you control media without unlocking your phone (more useful) and a brief look at the camera quick-start and some of the huge array of camera features on board (definitely promising).
Moving to the hardware side of things, today has seen the emergence of a couple of pics showing the Xperia Z2 side by side with its predecessors the Xperia Z1 and the Xperia Z.
The slightly larger dimensions of the alleged Z2 in the pic appear to confirm rumours that it'll come with a 5.2in display as opposed to the Xperia Z1 and Z's 5in panel.
A second pic shows the Sirius in black and white guises, though being just a front view with the handset powered down it shows little else but the colour difference.
