A strange question about the Windows Phone 8 ads!

The Windows Phone 8 ads feature celebs saying "That's me, and this is my Windows Phone". But do you think they really use Windows Phone? Would it be misleading if they didn't? Just a thought ;)

Well, "my phone" doesn't say, "phone I always use"! It could be their phone kept in the drawer cause they got it for free but hate it...too many loopholes to make it illegal.
At most, it'd be embarrassing if they were caught with a different phone in real life.

No I don't really think they use them. Isn't advertising largely misleading? Carlsberg, probably the best lager in the world?

That always makes me laugh, I think p*ssing in a can would produce a better "lager".

Also, no, the WP8 adverts aren't in breach of ASA rules.

They are actually contracted to use it for however long there contract is for. Jessica Alba for example was advertising it in USA, once her contract was up, she was seen using an iPhone straight away lol.
