Half price for one week only! It’s SwiftKey 3 Keyboard for Android, currently down to £1.49. I’ve grown to despise typing on my HTC Desire HD, so I might check this bad boy out.

What does it do? “SwiftKey 3 understands how words work together, giving much more accurate corrections and predictions than other keyboards.” Sounds good to me.

Requires Android 2.1 (Eclair) or above.

Tried it. Not bad, but I found it typical of so many great Android things: an overkill of 'personalisation' options. It's cool if you like nothing better than 'experiment' with your gadgets, but it's a tad too-much of a goodness when you intend to actual do something with the phone rather than just do something TO it. :p

I enjoyed using it during the trial and was pleased that on release it was a free upgrade from SwiftKeyX too.
