I am pretty certain (knowing people in Pakistan) most of those phones are S40. Though hundreds of online 'experts' talk about "Symbian 40", S40 stands for Series 40, it IS NOT Symbian. Symbian is a multi-tasking OS with a native API that developers can use to make Symbian apps. You cannot use Symbian apps on S40 devices, it doesn't multitask. It is NOT Symbian. There.
