Has anyone used Talkmobile?

Does anyone have any experience of using Talkmobile? Thoughts? Good network? Customer service?

No, no, no, no. Talk mobile are okay providing you don't need the customer services, not helpful at all. They use Vodafone, but their signal is disappearing rapidly, especially for data. My advice, tesco. Don't touch Vodafone with a barge pole!

You seem to really really hate Vodafone :p

The network is fine, as it's Vodafone underneath the virtual provider branding. It's cheap, you can get unlimited data, they're owned by The CPW...that's about all I know. Customer service is likely to be alright, most networks are far from fantastic, so it'd have to be pretty dire to be below average.

Yes with good reason. Vodafone has a great signal when i was trying it out, got the contract, all fine, then 1 day 3 months ago signal at workplace disappeared. Vodafone are unable/unwilling to sort the problem, talk mobile can't/won't do anything to assist and say mobile signal can be variable! Not really the answer anyone is looking for really. 3 months on Vodafone still unable to provide any timescale on rectification of the problem. So, in a nutshell, yes, I hate Vodafone. O2 are okay, as i now carry a payg O2 in backup and everything works okay.
