Is anyone on Talkmobile? Good network?

Does anyone have experience of Talkmobile? I know they use Vodafone, but what about customer service?

Yes, i'm not a vodafone fan, their customer service us woeful. My signal started fine, i used a vodafone sim before signing up, this worked fine, then 1 day 3g just stopped. Vodafone seem unable/uninterested in solving the problem. The network you choose is only as good as the areas you use it in. O2 have a base station in same places near me as vodafone, so should work the same but vodafone doesn't work. Everything everywhere aren't good near me,despite the coverage checker saying its excellent. If we're talking about talkmobile, their customer service isn't great, and seem to have no clout when dealing with vodafone. I'm on talkmobile, i now wished i wasn't, it's your money tho!

Run by the CPW, so average at best. I've never used them, though. From what I've seen they're quite cheap compared to some other networks (such as Vodafone and O2).

No,no,no,no,no,no,no. Talkmobile might be cheap and use vodafone signal, but it's still no. Vodafone seem to have major signal issues in places which they don't want to accept. Talkmobile customer services are aloof at best, they can't/won't help. So my advice, no. Try tesco instead!

With no location information given in the question, why would you recommend Tesco? They run on the O2 network, which has the worst 3G coverage of all the UK networks, so recommending them on the basis they have better coverage than Vodafone is pretty short-sighted in this world where many people want mobile data.

If you want to bash Vodafone, fine, I don't care, but recommend something better, not something statistically worse. Everything Everywhere have (statistically) the best 3G and 2G coverage of the UK, due to the fact they're what used to be two major UK networks (T-Mobile and Orange).
