Will Three's 4G cost extra?

Will Three's 4G (42Mbps HSPA+) cost extra or will it be available to all customers at no extra charge?

Yep, at the moment the iPad 3 is the only product sold by Three capable of 42Mbps speeds. (although you'll never actually see that much).

At the moment Three's dongles and phones such as the Galaxy S2 can only support up to 21Mbps. Three won't be releasing their new dongles, capable of 42Mbps, until just before September.

And like pondlife said, no extra charge, it'll be standard service and work on all current devices. Just old devices have a limit on speed. E.g iphone 4s can only go up to 14.4mbps so an ipad 3 will see faster than 14.4mbps speeds on the network

That isn't 4g, just another evolution of 3g, will depend on handset or dongle as to whether you can get it as well as area as they upgrade network. Won't increase price.
