How is Three's customer service? Is it UK based?

I've never had a problem with them and if I did everything went smoothly.

Okay they don't always understand you clearly but a bit of patience usually gets you through.

I didn't know they had customer service ;) Not in Ireland; at least not without banning all dictionaries first.

Pretty useless with heavy Indian accent. I would not call agents rude as many claim as they are quite polite. However, quite annoying when it come to selling you something, but not as annoying as British Red Cross; and quite dumb (hence long wait times trying to look up you problem), but not as dumb as British Gas.
It's better to avoid calling them and trying to find solution using Google and Three website, unless it's a billing problem.

I rang them a couple of times when I was considering moving to Three, they were innocent but useless, from my experience. They weren't offensive or sharp tongued, they just didn't know anything useful. They did all seem to be Indian (or Pakistani etc, I didn't ask which country the call centre was in).

I find them a lot more efficient than any Irish customer carers I ever spoke with... For a while - this is true - they would answer and pretend their name was Sean or Patrick... I loved it, but apparently real Irish customers got really annoyed :D

Been ringing around all the operators trying to et a nano sim this week and ended up having to go with Three.

While I was ordering and busy paying the site went down, so I rang to confirm it went through.

I was surprised as I got a UK call centre with some of the best customer service I have received all week, having spoken to pretty much all the major operators (while trying to get a nano sim)

Last time I was on three I left because the service was terrible and I only ever got call centres in India. Seems a lot has changed since then.

T-Mobile and co really should treat potential customers better, Three are going to be reaping the rewards here.

I have T-Mobile and spoke with customer representative a few times. There are better than Three cause they do not have Indian accent and easy to understand. Besides accent problem I don't see any difference. Both know their non-technical stuff.
I did not ask anything technical, only billing and account questions.

I just closed my accout and to get the PAc code i had to settle the bills.paid it all(£118) and a month later they are chasing me for another £48 ! I told them its not acceptable when i got a final bill and paid that! i hung up on them as its not my fault they cannot calculate their charges at the time of ending a contract
