Has Three's customer service gotten any better over the years?

Some good Three deals around at the moment but wondering if their customer service has improved since the early years? Anyone on Three and had to contact customer services?

It's better than it was.

And for small issues like coverage or checking up on stuff it's fine.
If for some reason you have a huge problem like a massive bill for no reason then it'll take a while to sort out.

So like i said it's ok. But not amazing. I've had better experiences with Three compared to Vodafone if that helps at all?

i needed to renew my contract my special offer for being a customer for 6 years was £7 higher than the offer to new customers so i said i wanted to leave.
i asked for my puk code it took 1 hour 50 minutes and they said they were sending it 7 more 2 hour calls took place over a week and eventually somebody from the sales deparment said i'll do it and gave it me instantly......
the worst customer service ever, im with orange now and they've been a lot better
