Three's new tariffs

How do Three's new tariffs work in terms of personal hotspot?
My understanding is: all you can eat data gets you 4GB tethering, but on any other contract (e.g. 1GB per month, 500MB per month), it's all the same allowance? So you've got XGB/MB for data and tethering? Is that right???

Tethering is not metered on capped data allowance. You can use your entire allowance to tether.
4GB only applies to unlimited data.
