Does Three's all-you-can-eat data include video streaming for YouTube and Netflix? Is there a hidden cap?

No. There is no difference... Any website you look at 'streams'... only: because of the limited size of a web page the 'streaming' is real fast
However, I assume, during periods of strong demand your speed may be throttled... But Netflix etc adapt their streams' quality to your bandwidth/speed...
