Transfer texts from iPhone to Android?

Considering betraying iOS for Android, maybe when the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 gets released :p

If/when the times comes, Is it possible to transfer texts from iPhone to Android?

Not to my knowledge, no.
I read some convoluted 'lifehacks' describing ways, but I zoned out after 5 pages or so...
Lets face it, just like Google wants you to use Google products "BFF 4Evah", Apple wants you to stay with Apple....

That aside: I'm no Apple fanboy, but NOW seems an odd time to jump ship: new, probably
larger devices are on the horizon, and iOS 8 appears to bring some big changes.

Having said that: iOS 7.1.1 almost drove me nuts when I test used an iPhone 5s...

Back to your question:
I think if you "Google" your question you find some paid-for apps that claim they can do what you want, but often it involves all kinds of tedious labour, because the messages are imported to your PC as txt files or whatnot....
