No... Nobody does...
The thing would be endless.
When you think you're visiting 1 page you might actually be 'visiting' dozens of pages. Every popup ad, every redirect etc etc....
They can, however investigare where you were, IF you feel at a certain time you were not using as much data as you were charged for

No, as Jan said, the list would be literally hundreds of pages long for even average mobile data use. Does anyone actually care that much about exactly what web pages they've been on when?
That said, the networks do know what you've been on and do have their own internal records which can be accessed, with a relevant warrant, by the Police.
