If I upgrade to iOS 6.1.3, is it still obvious my iPhone was jailbroken?

If I were to upgrade to iOS 6.1.3, would Apple still be able to tell that my iPhone was jailbroken? Not worried for any particular reason, merely wondering :D

AFAIK, no.

Rule one: disable automatic crash reporting. Rule 2: update to iOS 6.1.3 via iTunes on your PC.
Rule 3: not a rule - fact: THEY CAN TELL if they want to... Just as Android OEMs can tell you rooted. But they won't want to even check if your claim is reasonable and genuine.
However, were you to make a difficult claim that they could weasel out off, they might tell you to f*ck off.
During the jailbreak a huge number of files of the iOS system are rearranged, and other files are added. The restore leaves some of those non-Apple files in place. That is how they can tell.
But I had 2 jailbreaked iDevices fixed on warranty. Both were still jailbreaked when I sent them in for repair.
Anyhoo - don't worry.
