Virgin Mobile introduces cheapola Samsung C3560

Virgin Mobile introduces cheapola Samsung C3560Virgin Mobile has extended its range of budget prepay phones with the Samsung C3560. What a rubbish name. Why not call it something awesome like the Samsung Lion? I'd definitely get one of them.

The Samsung C3560 (sigh) is a retro clamshell phone with an old-school numeric keypad. We’re not sure about the keypad, actually; each row of numbers kinda shares the same key. If you squint at the image, you’ll see what I mean.

In any case, the Samsung C3560 has a 2.2in LCD display, 1.3MP camera, FM radio, and Facebook and Twitter support. There’s even fancy IM stuff in the form of Windows Live and Yahoo! Messenger.

How much does it cost? £(C35)60. Coincidence?

It's not available just yet, but topping up with £15 will get you unlimited texts and 1GB internet for the month; popping on £10 of credit bags you 300 free texts.
