why wont my nokia lumia 625 not come on for

Are you asking in fact, "Why does my Nokia Lumia 625 not start/boot up?"???

If so (or if not so...), please elaborate. What happened? Did it ever work? Have you charged it?
(when completely drained, a 625 - like many phones - can take more than 15 minutes on the charger before it shows signs of life again).
And with all respect: do you think your question makes any sense? ;)

I decided to switch to a Nokia Lumina 625 - nothing but trouble - ringer volume too low, to easy to turn volume of ringer to low - also I have tested it at times and volume of ringer sets to zero. I thougth I ws imagining it and tested it. Off shitch is badly placed - exacty wehre most people place thumb when taking a call, So easy to kill the call. Sound music is cryptic and difficult to use for bluetooth usage in car - option to shuffle play all music - where the hell is it. I am ditiching the nokia as it latest trick is it will not turn on - I have gone through the factory reset options - read the manual. I will just toss it as E waste - all it is good for - I have been using mobile phones, and supported the usage of them in large corporate environemnts since the 90s and this is the worst piece of rubbish I have ever used.

Okay.

You seem to have two issues: you do not like the hardware... button placement, etc... That is subjective, and I cannot argue with that. For similar reason I disliked the iPhone 6 I tried.
Some of the other issues sound like software problems? Have you recently updated?
Have you signed on to the developer program to get all the latest updates?

ferdinard,
Hi...
Have you tried the obvious? Hold the Power Button down for 30 seconds? Nothing?
Have you connected your Lumia 625 via USB cable to a PC or to a Mac with the Windows Phone sync app?

Since your Lumia 625 doesn't power on, a hard reset is your only Next Step... You'll lose all content...
To start:
First press and hold the Camera + Volume Down + Power buttons simultaneously.
Then release the Power button when the phone vibrates - but continue to hold down Camera and Volume Down.
Then release the camera button and Volume Down when the Format prompt is displayed on screen.
Then press Windows button twice to confirm

or
- press and hold Power Button until you feel the Vibrate. Then...
- press and hold the Volume DOWN button until you see an exclamation mark on the screen.
Now comes the crazy part:

- press Volume UP and release
- press Volume Down and release
- press Power button and release
- then press Volume DOWN and release...

Now the Lumia should hard reset - that is, it will return the device too factory state.
That can take up to 5 minutes+ - you should see the gear icon on the screen at some point.

IF none of that works, it's save to assume the phone is dead - the battery could be kaputt or one of the buttons - for example the Power button...
In that case it's repair shop time. Sorry :)
And good luck.

At that point release the Volume DOWN button.
